I am unsure if the Jayjays representative was having a bad day however I was very frustrated with the limited answers I was able to get regarding cost, and what day would be available to complete the request of fitting in a outdoor electrical socket. It seemed to me that when I asked about the code of compliance he became bemused and offered personal opinions of which I found rather strange as I was requesting a service and asking a fairly reasonable question. In the future although I understand there are frustrations regarding certain regulations or laws but challenging a potienal customer is not the best course of action especially when it is in a residential house. Again cost, and availability as well as code of compliance seem to be very good questions for property owners that may need to have these addressed when dealing with insurances or sales of property.

Jim recently carried out work for our daughter in Taupo. He came to quote at the day & time arranged & carried out the job as agreed. Our daughter is very pleased with the job done as per quote. Code of compliance completed & nothing adverse to report
