Wow what a shock tbh to experience such rude and aggressive words and disgusting manner from the lady in the store when I was looking at the price of a dress in the window!! I came out from behind there and the words yelled dont go in the window!! were said to me then she saw me and yelled ohh its you !( might I add the disgusting look I got and aggression behind her words) dont go behind there . Id recommend that you make prices more visible in the future and there was a nicer way to speak to me .Absolutely disgusted in this behaviour and wouldnt recommend to anyone to go there . Never EVER will I come to this store again. I wanted to buy something for my new baby here but the shop owner was so rude I left in tears.

Went to Collaboration to specifically purchase an item my mum had seen for her birthday and was met by an extremely unfriendly woman who aggressively grunted No drinks allowed in her store. I had a coffee in my hand and would have been more than happy to have finished it outside had she actually been nice about it. Very disappointing experience that left me feeling quite overwhelmed. If zero stars was an option that would have been my first choice. Maybe shell consider her delivery in future. As a local its safe to say Ill never be back.

Amazing gift shop lovely staff, love the handbags and boutique clothing and jewellery, I'll usually stop in when in taupo to see what new things they have.
