        Spent just shy of three months chasing firstly a quote, then a purchase order for a prototype product I am bringing to market. Following a general lack of communication despite repeated contact attempts, I have finally been advised that they cannot do the job after originally assuring me they could. This has cost me THREE MONTHS of lost opportunity in product development. So much for supporting and helping local industry to grow and thrive.
