        Appaling experience. Payed for and ordered a ring from them. They took 3.5 weeks, and we had to go in for them to tell us that they couldnt order it in. We asked for a refund, and how long the refund would take. The lady Michelle was very rude and said "that depends on how much attitude your going to give me". Because we asked how long the refund would take. Absolutely do not recommend this business to anybody!!!!!

        We were passing through as tourists and stopped to browse. The service was very attentive and knowledgeable, the ladies took us very seriously and I would definitely go back there when in taupo.

        The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, having gone through most of the store and trying on countless rings to find the perfect one. As I am not local, I got it couriered and it arrived the next day! Exceptional and very fast service.
