Three years ago went into shop and due to the lack of service decided would not return. Should have stuck to that decision. Arrived at quiet time three staff four potential customers then only my daughter and I. We were clearly looking for something - a strapless bra. But no offer to help. No eye contact. No interest when in fitting room nor when we left. The contrast with attentive assistance at the next shop visited reassures that we were not sending the wrong vibe.
