        Had a lock go bad at my place, I gave them a call and within 20 minutes they were around and had the lock fixed and working better than ever. Thanks heaps for the speedy response

        I came in today with an old school H key wanted to get two copys cut. Told me the price and how long it would take. Both cuts work perfectly! Great staff nice and friendly and the workmanship is spot on! Keep up the great work guys I will definitely be recommending Taupo Locksmiths in the future. 10/10 Patrick Boyle

        A truly terrible experience. First contact involved ringing -advised to email- did so twice over several days with no response. Rang again- organised the work - given a time for the work to be done. Waited for the arrival of locksmith who did not come and had no intent to come that day I later discovered after I rang to ascertain the situation. Advised to text when I could next meet at job site and to give a days warning. I texted giving 3 days notice. Text unanswered after 24 hours and follow up call revealed incorrect advice had been given as to a days notice. No apology, unfriendly. Would not recommend anything at all about this business. Wasted weeks of timeframe and hours of my time.
