        On holiday I had to attend this clinic. Felt like a second rate citizen. I was the first client but they made me wait then proceeded to see someone else who had come in after me!..then told me to come back in 1hr for report which wasn't done then told me they would post it which they didn't do...I think a customer service course would go a long way .not my fault if you are not happy in your job!!
