I was an out of town house purchaser, and Steve inspected two properties for me. Steve is very professional, very efficient and obviously incredibly knowledgeable in his area of house and building inspection. He made me feel confident with his report, and identified all the pros and cons of the property I had finally chosen. Steve is also very easy to talk to and he explains in great detail his findings. I highly recommend him for peace of mind if you are considering buying a property.
