I think Barcelona is ok, but still needs work done like adding aircons to all rooms because these units can get very hot and very stuffy with no air circulation especially when your doors are closed during summer season. These units are like saunas as I have seen first hand. To the permanent or temporary tenants that live there they seriously need to learn how to supervise and watch there kids, learn to pick up after themselves and stop throwing there rubbish out onto the pavement at the back of the motel where other tenants live below them. I think it's plain common sense to be courteous and respectful towards other tenants and they're families that live there so try and do right by others and use your rubbish bins if it's necessary and stop being so lazy and again clean up after yourselves it's that "simple." The owner of Barcelona is Tee and the manager is Raj! I think Tee is a remarkable and awesome guy whose genuine who literally goes out of his way to help his tenants and they're families if needed in always making sure everyone is happy but most of all he's always making sure that his motel is up to scratch.

We stayed in a lovely family room for 5. Awesome service from our hosts who quickly remedied our not working electric blanket with a new one and power for our tv with a new multi plug adaptor. Clean room, with clean linen and towels, warmed up nice and quick with the supplied heaters. Our girls enjoyed their stay playing on the playground. And everyone had a good sleep!
