I went in to purchase a new Suzuki outboard from this crowd. I figured they were a small outfit and the customer service would be good. They gave me a trade in quote, phoned and ordered the new motor in my presence and took all my details. I phoned a couple of weeks later and spoke to the same person who told me a motor was arriving on Friday but seemingly couldn't remember who I was or any prior discussions, He then quoted me a price $1000 higher than before. Wow.... what a waste of time. I told him I couldn't deal with service like that and said I was going elsewhere. I phoned around and ended up purchasing and fitting the same motor for $3500 less. Rubbish customer service and I won't go back there. My advise is to ask around and shop around.

The staff were very helpful.However the Dealer principal needs a lesson on customer relations. Have heard from other customers since also, same. Pity as the only Seadoo agency in Taupo. Great example, unhappy customers will tell 100 of others!!!.
