Absolutely incredible, thorough in every way, I have been seeing optometrists 50+ yrs here in nz and the uk and this practice is by far the best. My first appointment this year with Ryan and he is so good, he listens and explains things really well, I will make sure I ask for him in future, not that I have any issues with anyone else, but Ryan is awesome. The customer facing front of house staff are all very professional and helpful. This is a proper practice in my opinion, absolutely nothing like a spec saver franchise, these guys are well equipped and really knowledgeable, at no time did I feel pressured, happy to get my annual check up here and when its time to renew my drivers license, get the test done here and not at the AA counter, because if you go ahead of time and have an issue its easier to get that resolved before fronting up to the AAs machine take it from me. Thanks to all the team at RGO for providing a wonderful service.
