Torpedo7 Taupo

Hi Just wanted to compliment the guy who served me yesterday (Friday afternoon) at your Taupo store in the bike shop who was wearing the blue checkered shirt and beanie. He was a super genuine, friendly and helpful guy who gave me the ins and outs of all the gear I could possibly ever need for my next Ultramarathon! It's not often these days you find someone who isn't super pushy trying to sell you something with an agenda or in a rush to serve the next person, I left the store with a wealth of knowledge on what were the best products to actually buy and am very grateful for that, will definitely come back. I hope his T42 run goes well this weekend Please pass on my thanks

Quality bikes for hire and helpful staff. We hired mountain bikes and rode to Huka Falls from the shop.

I had a major issue with my bikes front chain ring after it was damage while traveling to Taupo. The folks at Torpedo7 helped me trouble shoot the issue and even called neighboring bike shops to inquire about a part that they didnt have in stock at the time. The person helping me did everything he could to get the issue resolved (and it eventually was, thanks to his efforts). It was clearly a busy time with the race going on so I was incredibly thankful they spent so much time and effort in helping me resolve the issue. Highly recommend this bike shop!
