        Nine months of Kiko Pilates have taken me from 'blobby' post-covid lockdowns to strong, well-toned and very energetic. I can't recommend Jess Harrison, owner and world class pilates instructor, operating from her modern boutique-style studio in Taupo, highly enough!

        Jess at Kiko is the Best. Since coming here I have not had a sore back once. I love the mix of the good stretch and strength training that the Beginner Basic's Plus class has. Highly recommend Kiko for Pilates in Taupo!!

        Kiko's is amazing. A beautiful light filled studio, Really well maintained high quality machines & not lacking in props or equipment. Jess is the real deal and I feel like my progress is important to her.

        Kiko has become more than a place of fitness for me. It is a place that nourishes my soul and make me feel so centred & grounded. I had been suffering for months with heart palpitations and had a lot of anxious spells, but since being consistently seeing Jess at Kiko, I am so happy to say that those things have not occurred in my life again. I love Jess and everything she offers at Kiko. If you've been thinking about trying it, this is your sign to go now. xxx
