I recently sold my rental property through B&W. As I was living in the South Is. I was unable to be present during the process. I phoned Michele and she organised everything. She did a fantastic job even though she had to deal with an uncooperative tenant. She also organised minor repairs. And did a fantastic job throughout the negotiation state. She and her team responded quickly to my questions and made the subsequent purchase process straight forward and efficient, while also ensuring her vendor obtained a fair price :-). The B&W Real Estate Team are truly amazing! I recently purchased my new home in Taupo through B&W and they were amazing the whole way through the process. Being a buyer in the current market is tough and before coming to B&W I felt as if I was just another bid or offer, there was no human aspect to it. When working with B&W the feeling was completely different, the team were great communicators and treated me with respect and brought that human connection back into the purchase. I would highly recommend both Michele and Gemma to anyone wanting to buy or sell in Taupo. Michele and Gemma were lovely to deal with for the purchase of our new home, quick responses, they made everything clear and easy to understand. We would like to thank Michele and Gemma for the wonderful way they looked after us and did a wonderful presentation of the house including great photos. They came to us with an offer but with no pressure on accepting the offer. They were very caring knowing we were selling our family home. We were recommended them to sell our house by my son and wife and also the people they bought the house from. Our sale was completed but the support from Black and White after everything was signed was really appreciated and advising on house removal and legal companies was appreciated and we consider Michelle and Gemma friends and recommend Black and White Real Estate company to anyone Many thanks and good wishes for the future Lesley and Roy
