        A very impressive facility. Great for beginners to advanced with lovely staff. Highly recommend!

        Called early afternoon to make sure they were open, drove from Waihi Beach, got there and was told by a bad tempered irish girl working there that it was to busy to climb even though there were only 4-5 people actually climbing and being experienced lead climbers we do not take any supervision. We also wouldn't have taken up any room on the walls as the lead overhang wasn't being used at all. Poor customer service, very disappointed. If you are an experienced climber then don't bother as you'll likely not be able to get onto the wall as there seems to be no minimum age to climb there and parents wandering around take up spaces of actual climbers. Poor form guys.
