        Not being racist but the Indian staff here was not approachable at all when we visited the store. We find it very rude as its like were not welcome in the store at all. We had a lot of questions with regards to their plans (as we wanted to change our plans with hubby) but when we asked him, he just gave us sarcastic answers without even explaining what kind of plan is that or without showing us their handouts. It was not very helpful at all. No smiles or any positive vibes and he sounds angry when he answered our questions. Weve been very loyal to 2Degrees with great service to other 2Degreess stores around the North Island, but with this awful experience (as new locals here in Taupo) were not coming back to this shop. We prefer to go to other town if we needed some assistance in the future.
