Had pre booked a wheel alignment for 9:30am. Turned up at 9:27am to find nobody there and that the workplace had yet to open (hours on door state 8am - 5pm). Phoned the local number on the door, was transferred to the national call centre. After some time on the phone I was told someone was on their way and would be there within a half hour. I promptly cancelled my booking having wasted my time and walked a couple of shops down the road and made a booking with the friendly people at one of the other tyre business. I appreciate that sometimes things happen but they had my number. Very frustrating.

I took my Ford Ranger in to be serviced, using a grab one voucher for a deluxe service. The team were great! Upfront about extra costs before beginning the service, very meticulous and thorough, friendly and helpful.
