If you need to hire a bike near Taupo, then this is the best place to do it. Jonny and the team have some of the best customer service around. They helped me out with all the gear I needed and were able to accommodate my hire and return plans. Customer service here is fantastic and they have a wide range of bikes.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Tag mit der Tour um die Haka Falls sowie den Great Lake Trail (W2K) - richtig schn und toll! Leider hatte jemand einen Sturz (keine Verletzung, aber blaue Flecken) und riss dabei ein Kabel aus. usserst kulant haben wir uns am Schluss die Ersatzkosten geteilt - nochmals vielen Dank hierfr und den tollen Service! Absolut genialer Bike-Verleih. Wir waren mit den Jungs (10/12) dort und haben einen Tag E-MTB gemietet. Am Morgen machten wir den Huka-Falls Loop, was schn aber anspruchslos war und danach fuhr uns Jonny nach zum Startpunkt des W2K Track. Nun kamen wir voll auf unsere Rechnung. Super Strecke, nicht zu schwierig aber trotzdem ab und zu mal ein Bisschen anspruchsvoll in schner Landschaft. Danke fr diesen tollen Tag. (Translated by Google) Absolutely brilliant bike rental. Highly recommend FourB for their bikes but especially their customer service. I hired 4 bikes from FourB for a couple of hours to ride with my kids through the Craters MB bike. Pick up of the bikes was great, organising helmets etc was all good and they had some great suggestions and advice for what trails to ride as we did not know the park. During the ride, one of my kids came off his bike very hard and could not ride out. I rang the FourB to see if they could help figure out exactly where I was and to advise on best way to carry my kid out and get the bikes out. However, Jono went way further than that. Once we figured out roughly where we were he jumped in his van with another employee and drove as close as he could, then ran down the trail to find us. We then got my injured son and the bikes back to the van and he drove him back to the shop for us. Overall, I was super impressed with his "no problem" attitude. As soon as I contacted the shop for assistance, I could tell there was never any other thought than they were going to come out and get us back. Awesome work, and super awesome customer service, which is so rare to find these days. Many Thanks to Jono and the FourB team for helping us out of what may have been a lot worse situation if not for them. Thanks
