Words of advise to the owners and staff working here get to know what product your selling before opening your doors to paying customers what I was hoping to be a easy 5 mins dash into the store for a new coil ended in half an hour trying to find the goods myself and after what i was told should be the right one, was in fact the wrong one resulting in another trip back to the store to then be told I cant return the unused 5 coils and told to take elsewhere I also find it hard to believe Vapezone will make any profit with the staff member saying I dunno every 2 mins Waste of diesel driving there, money for something i have no use for and my time Ive sadly wasted on this store haha.

Very poor, guy wasnt interested. Barely looked up from his phone even when I asked him a question, then proceeded to make a phone call. Was there to buy a mod, but just walked at that point. Hope hes the owner operator because hes not worth minimum wage

Absolutely terrible service in there the guy working in there sold me the wrong size coils after I gave him my old coil would strongly not recommend

While the store has good products its really hard to enjoy them, when you can't get in the door because a a be back in 15mins sign is up and we left came back 45mins later and it's still up. No1 in store or answering the phone.
