        The Yoga Tree is a beautiful space and place to find a sense of harmony and balance in an otherwise busy, often stressful world. I can't recommend it enough.         There are many things I love about Yoga Tree but for me the attention to helping students to have the correct alignment in each exercise is so important. My posture has improved enormously and I am now able to stand tall even as I get older. Id recommend the classes to anyone at any age.
