        Great walk and picnic spot

        Small little car park at the end of Karakariki valley rd, then walk through the cow run to the start point at the fence and signs. It's a nice easy walk starts off with walking over suspension bridge then along side the stream/river then you'll come to the 2nd fence that you'll need to climb over not long before getting to the 2nd and last suspension bridge just before getting to the waterfall itself. Water is nice and cold for swim on a hot day.

        This is a beautiful walk, I went on this hike with a school camp & it was so exilerating with the most beautiful scenery. There is a picnic table at the end of the walk, so be sure to take food to enjoy at the end.
