        As a new patient to Lumino Whitianga, I booked an appointment with Dalton. His approach, professionalism and quality of work was outstanding. I could not have been more satisfied with the result. He is a huge asset to the team and I have no problem recommending him. It is fantastic that a small town like ours has a dentist with the calibre of Dalton .

        I have a huge fear of Dentist and I had to see Dr Serguei Antipenko today...He removed my bridge and had to take out 2 tooth .. He is the most Understanding and gentle Dentist and his assistant is fantastic helping me with my fear I have NO MORE fear of Dentist long as I will have him.. Highly recommend him to anyone... Thank you for making me so at ease Ursula

        I recently received treatment from Michael, a locum dentist in Whitianga. A filled front incisor had broken and I was seen within two days. I was impressed with Michael's professionalism and competency. A positive experience.

        Would have put no stars but can't Disgusting service received. Absolutely appalling post covid 19. Sent me a text with a link to make an appointment turns out appointments are now 50 mins not 30 due to cleaning. Still sent the link with old times. Would have thought it would be better to request a call not send out a invalid link. Made appt for 9:00, can't do any other time due to work, had to go weeks into the future to find this one on the link. Without consultation appointment changed to 12:00 no notification given as to time change. A missed call and no follow up. Apparently if you make the first appointment of the day you don't get any say in when your appointment is and you can do any time of the day! Kept being offered times later and later in the day and being asked "how do you know that you were first?" by receptionist with no tolerance or patience for our situation. We are now a good 5 months since we needed to make appointment such a shame they have the monopoly, makes it easier not to shop local.
