Kids playground, trampoline and unheated pool.
We travelled around the north island for 3 weeks and this was the most expensive place we stayed at. Overall, we payed less in other locations for a better experience.
But this is hard to fault, except the price. I'd stay here again, but Whitianga does appear to be touted to the tourists rather than the experience.
A bonus for this park is that they have a Jandal (sorry they are thongs) tree where the owners donate $10 to charity for every pair left here to place on the tree. That tells me that the owners are first rate. Well done.
