Sovereign Pier on the Waterways

I stayed with my family in January 2022. I appreciated that as I had an accident and was in a wheelchair they were able to accomodate me in a wheelchair accessible unit. However, the bathroom was not wheelchair friendly. It was hard getting into the very small bathroom, and a real struggle to get in and out of the shower. The unit was clean, but I would have appreciated a few more plates and cutlery. I would stay there again. But I didnt like the rude greeting statue that was flipping off upon arrival.

We stayed there for two days and we was charged for $250 after we left for cleaning fee. Be very careful they said they have signs and informed us the rules when we checked in ( but no one informed us actually for anything) They said we signed T&C (so they can charge whatever they want). We dont think this is reasonable for doing that and as a hotel they should cover the reasonable cleaning and not charge everything to the customer.
