Tangos shoes

I needed a 39 but not available locally so contacted Whitianga on line and "spoke" with Rochelle. She went well beyond the service you usually get, even trying on shoes and photographing them so I could see the colour. Thanks again Rochelle for all your help.

Popped into the Whitianga store for a looksy, great range of shoes as usual with a large range on sale. Rochelle asked if I needed any help and was happy to let me browse and when I asked to try on shoes she was very obliging, showing other options and inserting an inner sole to the ones I chose so that they fitted better. Rochelle was very friendly, not pushy and I enjoyed my shopping experience immensely, thank you Rochelle

Had to return original order due to fit. Tango Shoes were happy to exchange order and sent the replacement within a week. Very happy with replacement. If they had been the wrong fit Tango were happy to try again. Will definitely shop with Tango Shoes again.

I have had exceptional service from Rouchelle and later Pierre after my online purchase, transferring between branches and ensuring that the courier delivered on time prior to departing abroad. Can't praise the service enough! Thank you.
