        Have hired them for my new build in 2019, quotation was great, service was friendly etc .... until the build start and they fail first building inspection & second building inspection. Blaming every other trade persons on site for their failure and costing me money having to fire them and hire another plumber to finish the work. Also find out that Gary their operation manage is not a registered plumber in NZ, but he carries out all the work and supervise it all. They are using the name of yet another registered plumber not on site to legally register the work. Dan Carter the owner of this franchise also owns the Whangamata franchise. Personally I will NEVER use them again. Not worse the problems.
