        Very unprofessional. Arrived 3 hours late from the appointment time, and when the so called 'service technician' finally arrived, spend only a few minutes and it seems he doesn't know what to do. Does not have the proper diagnostic equipment, just did an ocular view of the unit. Spend more minutes answering phone calls than working. He should at least service the unit first before making a diagnostic test of the unit. Paid labour plus travel even though problem wasn't fix. What a riff off, will never buy Fujitsu again. Service: Heating system repair

        Super professional HVAC tech (electrician specializing in HVAC) helped me diagnose, repair/replace Fujitsu heat pump parts under warranty and took the extra time to perform correct fundamental procedures and not shortcuts - I contacted Fujitsu General Assist for repair and am very impressed (Fujitsu heat pump was installed by another company).
