Admin difficult to deal with but happy with repair. They had no record of receiving our payment for initial repair bill even though we paid promptly. When heatpump was getting cleaned, repairer cracked front cover and said they would get Abode to fix. Did not hear back about repair and had to raise issue with them.

Full house heatpump installation. The installers discovered one wasn't working but left us with it to organise a technician to come look at it. Took just over 4 weeks from install to finally have all units working, with poor (no) communication of expectations/timeframes during that time. Ultimately it is now a good system we are happy with but surely the faulty product should have immediately been replaced before the installers even left?! Isn't that the whole point on testing them before leaving?! Service: Heating system installation

What an awesome team. Luke did a fabulous job and explained everything along the way. Even my plumber who was there too, said he learned lots from what Luke was saying and doing. End result a mighty good clean and so much more heat and power coming from the air con unit. Definitely recommend these people to everyone. I'll definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks abode.
