Wakefield and Scott impressed me at each step of the process in getting my vehicle repaired after being hit. The actual job was great. Which is what you expect from professionals. But what really impressed me was a surprisingly protective (and these days, rarely found) focus on customer service. Thanks for going above and beyond to communicate, and plan with me, the best way to get the car fixed. It was so good to find some outstanding customer service, especially in an industry which isn't always known for this. Highly recommend Wakefield and Scott to anyone.
