        I have never been into BnT, but have rung them a couple of times for prices and or availability of parts. I've always found them to be helpful, courteous, and offered good advice.

        Best service I've experienced in a long time! Went in quite late on a Saturday with some questions regarding parts and John was welcoming and did his best to help me find what I needed. We found a solution and but at this point the store was about to close and one of the parts I needed was at the Petone store. He quickly came up with a solution and managed to get me what I needed. Thank you John and Kat for going out of your way to help me out. Hugely appreciated and next time I'll try to get in earlier!

        Katherine on this Date 30/11/2022 at 1.13pm was amazing. great customer service AAA+ she helped find a few light bulbs for my Mazda MVP and recommended some pretty good car wash products so someone please give this lady a pay rise cause great customer service is worth looking after thank you
