Called these guys on a whim last week wanting to find a new regular mechanic, was greeted with super friendly customer service and did not feel pushed into any extras. Was able to book within the next few days and get my exhaust repair done for a substantially cheaper price than another well known Lower Hutt exhaust specialist. I've used Graham and the team a few times now with various vehicles through the purchase dealership, minor and major faults. Yesterday I had a turbo system issue on my f30 335i active hybrid and the vehicle was dropped to the team around 3.30pm. To say the repair was efficient is an understatement, I recieved the call that the vehicle was repaired with all parts replaced and mechanical insurance delt with ready to collect at midday today. I find it hard to believe some of the negative reviews here, European cars take money to maintain and repair and the team here have never once let me down on price, efficiency and service.
