        I was in ASB Queensgate branch to help my mother setup 2 factor verification on her phone. She doesn't speak English and couldn't remember her password. Chloe was exceptionally patient and helpful. She was a superstar!

        We have been with ASB for years, they have a better customer service than Westpac......you can stand in line for hours in Westpac and still don't get what you want, they have no consideration for the elderly, they remain standing in line waiting. We changed from Westpac to ASB.....it was the right thing to do. Happy Customer
