I placed an order about a month ago for some lash trays with express shipping and came really quickly however the lengths inside the trays were either 1mm or 2mm longer/shorter than they were supposed to be. Even the curl is a little questionable for the CC curl trays, which seem more like C curl. When I tried to call to have the trays replaced, I was told I had the wrong phone number (ph number on Google Business). Could have been a language barrier, it was slightly difficult to understand her foreign accent. Ive also sent an email and message through fb which has been seen but has not been replied to. I bought a Ring Light 18 inch and I havent had a good experience since the beginning and I regret not having returned it straight away. What happened was to use the ring light in upright position it was fine but when I had to use it bent over client the tripod component is way too light to hold the ring light and it keeps falling down and almost hit many of my clients. So embarrassing. The tripod connectors are made of plastic and has broken in less than 3 months of using it. It cant be stable and its no possible to keep it up anymore.
