        Love the body shop products, went in last night quite a few customers in the shop, staff busy behind the counter talking to each other, very un helpful, and not offering to help customers, seemed it was too much trouble, as they wanted to keep chatting.

        Went in there recently as I regularly purchase Body Shop products, the staff were quite unhelpful bordering on rude. The shop was disorganized and some products weren't even on the shelf although they were in stock. Much prefer the layout and friendliness of the Porirua branch.

        The staff werent as accommodating as I expected them to be, as I walked in, they were busy chatting away with each other and when I asked one of them if the body butter comes in a smaller size, she answered me like Im disturbing her from a very important chat with a colleague. Where is the quality customer service in this place? A very expensive shop with very poor customer service, I will definitely not coming back here again; the staff are running the place like they are the most person in the shop not the customers. Such a shame.
