The Cheesecake Shop Lower Hutt

We bought a fruit flan from the shop today but the kiwifruit slice was sour and unripe. Was not what we expected for the cake.

During my recent visit, I encountered very rude customer service and an unprofessional attitude. In particular, when I asked whether the cake was baked today, the lady who attended to me, who happened to be the oldest among the employees, became furious with my question and shouted while answering. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and is not in line with the high standards of customer service that I expect from a NZ establishment like yours. As a result of this negative experience, I have decided not to shop at your establishment again. Furthermore, I will discourage members of my community from shopping at your establishment until I am confident that measures have been put in place to prevent such incidents from happening in the future.

Ordered my child's birthday cake from here - looked stunning and it was delicious! It's the first time ever that every bit of the cake was eaten and kids were asking for seconds!
