Can't recommend this business highly enough. I've had a few accountants over the years and these guys are far and away the best in my opinion.

Active Chartered Accountants are the best, Ben and his team are very efficient and professional. I Strongly recommend them to any big or small businesses. Ben and Kathryn i usually deal with they are the best. They provide excellent customer service and best advice.

Active2001 was tasked with uploading my business account transactions from Excel into Xero. I spent over a 2 weeks organising every detail of transactions in an easy to understand format so each transaction could be super easily assigned to a chart of accounts. Everything was consistent and smooth. When I tried explaining to Ben about the excel s.sheets he completely ignored me. I felt dismissed and concerned that the upload into Xero was going to be problematic. Active2001 could not have uploaded my transactions more incorrectly if they tried. They had vehicle MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS identified as a FIXED ASSET. Under this supposed fixed asset they put fuel costs, vehicle registration costs, parking costs, and maintenance and repair costs. What they didn't put was the value of the fixed asset. They put training and training travel as drawings. This is only the beginning of a very, very long list of problems. I could have uploaded the s.sheets myself, the transactions were so easily and clearly identifiable. Everything in Xero dating back 2 years has had to be reviewed and fixed. What a waste of money and time was my experience with Active2001. Lot's of smooth talk, dismissing of clients and mismanagement of financial reporting. Would not recommend.
