        After sales care is non-existent. As soon as their 1 year warranty period expires, they dont want to hear from you, and they wont go out of their way to point you in the direction of THEIR contractor who installed something that has subsequently proven to be defective. Weve used another local new build provider before (Golden Homes) and FH would do well to get some tips from them about how to look after their customers. Really disappointing.

        Great website and really diverse plans. They have a great social media presence. Someone I knew won a bbq from them. I see they sponsor a lot of sports including my rugby team and football club
