I only relied on google reviews when I visited this clinic and it did not disappoint. Dr. Khilood Ali is amazing! She explains the problem very well and will suggest proper treatment but is not pushy. Her hands are very gentle and she will make you feel at ease. Definitely recommended.

My wife was suffering severe pain in her wisdom tooth. We received a quick diagnosis and fantastic treatment, and now shes pain free! The staff kept us well informed of what was needed and our options and provided outstanding care. Cant recommend highly enough.

Dr Khilood Ali was really attentive and took the time to explain thoroughly processes, recommendations and reasons behind everything she was either suggesting or recommending. Ria took the time to orginise my booking in short notice but considering my needs. Also while acting as assistant for Dr Khilood she was really helpful and careful. I'll most likely come back again in the near future either for me or my family as the official family dentist

Hadn't been to a dentist for 4 years, was nervous knowing I needed work done. Did my research and thought I would try this dentist out as they have $45 New Patient Exams and fantastic reviews on google. Ria is the receptionist and dental assistant. Being the first point of contact - she was so lovely, welcoming and understanding. I love that she calls to follow up with you after your appointments and treatment. Her customer service is unbeatable. Dr Khilood is the dentist, she is very experienced and knows exactly what she is doing. She explains everything really well and is happy to answer any questions. She makes sure you are okay and comfortable throughout your treatment. She is so kind and makes everything quick and painless, I was very impressed with her skills. In their service, both ladies show that they truly care about their patients and are non-judgemental. Its so refreshing and makes you want to recommend them to everyone. I used to fear the dentist due to past experience, but their service makes me look forward to going back. Highly recommend going to see these lovely ladies for your dental work at Dental Care Centre Lower Hutt.

The whole team at Dental Care Centre were so reassuring; professional and clear about what needed to happen. They helped me relax through the procedures and were really clear and helpful around follow up. I highly recommend Dr Ali and her team!
