I placed an order for flowers and gift basket- they never arrived and when I followed up they said they checked with courier company and it had been delivered. Nil tracking number given and definitely no package received. I have chased up by email- initially offered a refund which I declined and asked them to resend the order which they said they would- nil order sent. Went back asked to refund and ghosted- no answer to my emails or to my phone call. I just lost lost like$270 dollars and my niece received no gift for her 21st- super disappointed this is a lot of money to me. I would Not recommend this florist in the future to anyone

Super easy and straightforward order process + gorgeous flowers and a speedy delivery. Loved being able to see the photos that were delivered. Will order again!
