They came and removed the glass and reinstalled correctly however would not compensate for any damage that resulted from the water that had been seeping out.
There were many attempts to resolve the issue but the below reply was the same response given to my final two communications with Viridian.
"Viridian Glass visited and fixed a small leak in the shower as soon as we were notified. Once this issue was fixed there was no other damage to the bathroom.
Viridian Glass Warranty documents were provided to you and we have rectified what we cover under this agreement."
