        Knowledgeable efficient team who take time to listen and understand yiur particular issue, they then make good recommendations of which you have a number if choices to suit different situations and price point. If yiu want to proceed no time is wasted so yiu can begin trialling a hearing solution asap. They also had other useful recommendations about where I could seek further medical help. An impressive team who knows there stuff, understand the urgency for those hard of hearing and have multiple options to assist. Ten out of ten.
