Came here today looking for some advice and, unfortunately, found the guy in the shop to be very condescending and rude. I enquired about a used amplifier, that it turned out had been repaired, and tried to discuss (as part of my thinking process around whether to buy the item) the pros and cons of the 90 day (vs original 2 year) warranty. I thought that the price reduction (only ~25%) wasn't enough and he was quite rude/low-level aggressive in bluntly stating that I was either happy with it or I wasn't. There was absolutely no need for that. The whole experience, which included more subtle things than the one example given above, was not great and I will find somewhere else to buy my audio equipment from in future.

Superb deal on the AV receiver I purchased. Shipped from Christchurch store to Lower Hutt at no cost. Item (secondhand) was in immaculate condition. Goes great.

Pleasure to deal with. No hard selling or up-selling. Took some advice on an alternative to what I went in to buy. Spent a little time comparing and listening to both products and left with something I'm really content with.

Exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable staff, and an excellent range of products to suit most budgets. Ordered a pair of Q Accoustics speakers, and was surprised with faster than promised delivery to my door. Give them a call before you make a purchasing decision if you aren't 100% certain - it could save you a lot of trouble and unnecessary expense.
