Purchased at Isuzu D-Max that was 12months old and advised that it was effectively a demo with so few kms on it . The purchase of the new Ute and and sale of the old Ute went well. I live outside the region so that I relied on the dealer being honest. Unfortunately there was damage to the vehicles interior door panel where it appears a dog had been jumping on it and scratched it up that was not disclosed or shown in any of the photos. When I discussed it with the agent he said send the photos and he would try to remedy it. This would be the last time that he would return my call even after calling the sales department or cell phone. I also lost a hub cap to later find that the nuts holding the wheels on were illegal as there was not the adequate amount of thread holding the wheels onto the hub. Yet another cost that I would incur. While it is very little amount of money to replace it is just disappointing to spent $70k on a vehicle and not have phones returned.
