After having purchased an Amorini Benchtop from Bunnings, I called Amorini to ask for recommendations of installers and they recommended Potters. I called Potters Kitchens to ask if they would be happy to cut and install my Mirostone Benchtop, on the other end of the phone was one of the rudest and most unhelpful people I've come across in the trade industry. He accused me of having gone to Bunnings first to get my Benchtop and "cutting his profit" because "Bunnings would have made a cut" and now he wouldn't be making that cut. I explained that I didn't know who Potters Kitchen was, and that I'd just gone to Bunnings to get a Benchtop and now needed someone to cut and install it and if he did't want to do the job that was fine. He then went on to be derogatory and ask rhetorical passive aggressive questions like "well now you're in a jam, and I have to to decide if I want to do this job or not, and I'm going to say NOT". Will never go here purely based on this phone call.
