        Update: Mark who's regional manager, flew from south island to replace the fan himself. They even organised an electrican to come and connect the light for the fan when I was not able to do it. And now the fan is working perectly fine. Great service, thank you Mark appreciate the gesture mate!!!! =============== Their AERO BLACK 1400MM CEILING FAN was already installed in the house when I bought the house a couple of months ago. House is approximately 2.5 years old so does the fan as it was bought newly for the new house. I dont have the receipt for the fan as the previous owner didnt provide one. The fan is still in warranty and I would love to use it but the fan has started making a very loud grinding noise that you can hear it even from outside the house. I have had the fan checked by someone locally as referred by one of the lightingPlus stores and they said everything looks fine on the outside and the motor seems to be making that noise which is not normal. Then fan is not worth the money if it's going to break after 2 years of use and then no service is provided later on because you dont have the receipt. I won't recommend it to others unless you can keep the receipts and once the fan is out of warranty then there's no service support for it.
