        We bought a chair Jan 2022. It has been fantastic, until it wasnt. 6 Nov 2022, on of the rollers (it massages the left side) collapsed of the track.We dont know why. The support is totally ineffective. AKL head office response, but do nothing, in fact theyve admitted it is 2 expensive this close to Xmas to send someone down to repair the 5000$ Chair, that is less than 12m old and is only used by 2 people. I am assuming this will go on till our warranty expires. So yes lovely chair, but it is clearly not a workhorse and the support is just not there. Yr paying for the chair and smiles only.
