Props to Allan and team for their 5 stars service! Allan is very helpful and knowledgable. We don't have to worry about a thing throughout the process. The delivery process was on time and Todd was very helpful too. Thanks for giving us one less thing to worry about!

Thanks so much Beds R Us Lower Hutt and Todd from Homedale Transport for making buying a new bed so easy. Catherine from the store sorted out the purchase for me all through email and scheduled the delivery quickly and to fit with my schedule perfectly. Todd from Homedale was reliable, professional and so helpful. There are a lot of delivery guys out there who tell you they are coming and you wait endlessly. Homedale was not one of these - they were so efficient. Todd confirmed the delivery time, came when he said he would, took away my old bed and brought in the new one and assembled it all with enthusiasm and a friendly manner (even though it was hard lifting and a very hot day). I can't recommend Beds R Us Lower Hutt more highly for their service and for using a reliable delivery company and Todd and Homedale for A+ service. This is not my first experience with Beds R Us Lower Hutt. Last year my daughter was looking for a bed - we shopped around and found Beds R Us Lower Hutt gave good honest advice and excellent service, so this time I went straight back to them.

Well, the shop gave me exactly what I wanted - a good bed delivered, literally, today. This is something none of the other shops I visited on that day was able to provide. Good selection, better than in CBD. Nice salesmen. Good professional advise.
