I would give them -5 stars if I could. They told me it would take a week to fix my car but ended up taking over 3 weeks. I saw my car was just sitting outside for most of the first week then when confronted they would make up excuses. There are also scratches on my car and it all ended up cost almost twice as much as they said it would be. When I asked them for receipts for the true cost of repairs they got very aggressive and rude. They are out right scammers and I would not recommend them to anyone. When my car broke down in my trip to Wellington, they understood my situation and gave more priority to fix my car so that I will be back on the road as soon as possible. They are really talented. After a quick look they could identify the problem, and even gave me an idea of what is going to be done, and how much it will cost me. They came up with the most practical solution for that situation and advised me on the further steps I should take when I'm back home. Instead of coming up with a huge bill at the end, they will try to estimate the cost up-front. And the price is very reasonable. Thank you very much for sorting me out in a difficult situation.
