Lea at Strandbags was amazing!! She has incredible memory of all the suitcases capacities and weights, to help me make the best decision for my purchase. She made it so easy to say yes to getting something, and didnt make me feel rushed or pressured. Takes a special talent to do so these days!

Really helpful older lady going out of her way to find the colours/styles I was looking for. She also have me great advice around which suitcase was the best quality. Bit disappointed in the way the younger woman with long black straight hair(manager maybe) rudely spoke to her about the process of looking up stock in other stores. This was in front of me and all the other customers. I was made to feel like I was a pain asking questions regarding other sizes/colours of the suitcase I was about to purchase. Left the store without a goodbye and couldnt make a decision.

Above average customer service - went to pick out a carry-on bag in person and got great advice about warranties, etc. from knowledgeable staff. Well stocked shop too!
