        Didn't properly deliver my high-value package, instead they left it at the top of my path where anyone could pick it up and take it. There was no email or communication of any kind to let me know it had been delivered so god knows how long it had been sitting up there in plain sight for. Super annoying.

        I was waiting for a parcel from Tauranga to Wellington. It was picked up on 03/10/22 and arrived at Wellington depot on 05/10/22. On Monday 10/10/22 I rung them to check the status, the operator lady from Auckland asked for my details and promised to follow up with the Welly depot. An hour later, she called back to confirm the parcel will be delivered asap in the next couple days. When I arrived home, the parcel was delivered at 5.57 PM(Monday 10/10). Yes, the courier was slow but I thought the operator lady did a good job to follow up. Thanks
